President Obama Refused Kim Kardashian's Help Because She's Viewed As ...

It's no surprise that President Barack Obama and his team refused Kim Kardashian's helping hand during his 2012 Presidential Run!

Obama has been vocal about his disdain for the Kardashian Klan before and we don't think anything Kanye West had to say changed his mind at all!

This is the President of the United States! He isn't easily persuaded like, say, a top magazine editor!

In fact, a source is saying Kimmy offered up her support and help to President Obama during his 2012 campaign!

The source explained the reality starlet:

'Wanted to be a 'surrogate' for the campaign, but they wanted nothing to do with her. She was not the young, cool, image they wanted to portray at all. Even though she kept asking, the campaign would never let her do anything in an official capacity.

Kim is political poison. Having her involved in a political event or with a candidate is the last thing people who are serious about getting elected want.'

Political poison? Yikes!

While Obama's campaign people wanted nothing to do with Kimmy, they opted to go with Katy Perry during his presidential run instead. The insider continued to say:

'Katy is on a different level than Kim. Everybody loves Katy. Kim is so controversial and it's just too risky for any candidate to have her involved.'

Well, if Kim really wants to get into politics, there's always the next round of elections! Maybe she can have Yeezy make a few calls to help her out!
