The year in Kimye!

As 2013 comes to a close, Kim Kardashian, 33, has shared a touching YouTube video with her fans that highlights her romantic relationship with fiancé Kanye West.

The five minute clip, entitled ' Kimye Love,' features everything from sweet stolen moments between the two, to the birth of their baby North West, right down to their lavish engagement this past October.

The montage is set to Rihanna's song 'Stay' and Keri Hilson's track featuring West, 'Knock You Down.'

The video is a trip down memory lane of all the stand out events that happened to the superstar couple over the years, including interviews and conversation clips seen on Kardashian's E! reality show, 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians.'

West, 36, can be heard, saying 'I've never loved any girl, other than my mother, as much as I love my girlfriend.'

A New Day in Health Care Coverage

Secretary Kathleen Sebelius

Ed. note: This is cross-posted from hhs.gov/healthcare. See the original post here.

January 1marks not only the beginning of a New Year, but an exciting new day in health care as millions of Americans will now be able to access care, thanks to the coverage they found at the Health Insurance Marketplace. For many of the newly insured - people like Molly from Charlottesville, VA or Mark from Austin, TX - it will be the first time that they can enjoy the security that comes with health coverage.

For consumers whose Marketplace coverage begins on January 1, we're doing everything we can to help ensure a smooth transition period. If consumers have questions about their new private insurance coverage, they can contact their insurance company directly. Consumers can log into their account on HealthCare.gov to find their insurer's customer service line or browse through a directory on HealthCare.gov.

Before you go to the doctor or pharmacy using your new insurance for the first time, check out this tip sheet, and make sure to:

Get your insurance card or a temporary card with your new plan's information. If you don't have your card yet, ask your insurance company to give you another way to confirm your coverage. Make sure you know when your first premium payment is due and pay it by the due date; Check to see which doctors and pharmacies are in your network.

And at your first visit:

Bring your insurance card with you to the doctor or pharmacy. If you don't have a card, ask your doctor or pharmacy what other proof of insurance they may accept. If you thought you enrolled in health coverage but aren't showing up in the system, call your insurance company directly. If you don't have your insurer's contact information call the Marketplace Call Center (1-800-318-2596) and a trained representative can provide it to you.

We've also developed a number of consumer tips on HealthCare.gov to help people understand their new private insurance coverage. The topics include:

Make sure you're covered. Consumers who think they've signed up for Marketplace health insurance, but haven't heard from their insurance company can get help finding out if they're covered. Get prescription medication under your new plan. Marketplace health plans will help pay the cost of certain prescription medications. Consumers can get help finding out if their prescription is covered and how to apply for an exception if the medication is not currently covered by their plan. Get medical care and find a doctor. Consumers can get help finding doctors and other health care providers covered by their new Marketplace plan. Get emergency care. Consumers can get important information on utilizing emergency care, and making sure they know that their insurance company can't charge more for emergency room services at an 'out-of-network' hospital. Appeal a health plan decision. Consumers have the right to appeal a decision when an insurance company refuses to pay for a specific treatment or service. We can help guide consumers through the appeals process.

As we continue to give consumers information to help them understand their new Marketplace coverage, we're also continuing to work to ensure that every American who wants to enroll in Marketplace coverage by the end of the open enrollment period on March 31, 2014, is able to do so-and enjoy the security and peace of mind that comes with having quality health coverage.

Exactly one year after announced that Kim Kardashian was pregnant, the stars were photographed on vacation with the bride-to-be's family in Park City, Utah, on Monday, Dec. 30. With daughter nestled in her stroller nearby, the rapper, 36, and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 33, made s'mores over a fire pit during their winter getaway.

Several members of Kim's family, including mom Kris Jenner, 58, sister Kourtney Kardashian, 34, and niece Penelope Disick, 17 months, joined the future spouses for some sweet treats outside. That same day, snow bunnies Kim and Kourtney hit the ski slopes with a few friends.

It's been quite a year for Kimye. West announced their baby news while performing at Revel in Atlantic City, N.J, on Dec. 30, 2012. Mid-concert, the 'Black Skinhead' rapper told the crowd to 'stop the music and make noise for my baby mama,' referring to his then-girlfriend, who was in the audience.

Kim's divorce from Kris Humphries was finalized on June 3, just one day after her baby shower and 17 months after she filed to end their 72-day marriage. She gave birth on June 15, five weeks ahead of schedule. Four months later, on her 33rd birthday, West popped the question in an elaborate fashion.

Prior to her trip to Utah, Kim reflected on her whirlwind year during a Mobio Insider Q&A with fans. ' It completely changed my life,' she said of becoming a mother. 'You have a different set of priorities. Nothing matters except your brand new family.' Asked what her favorite attribute about North is, Kim replied, 'It's really hard to choose but, her baby smell and her laugh!'

Kim also called family 'everything,' saying, 'it's the reason we exist...especially during the holidays.'

Half of the Kardashian Klan are enjoying a festive break in Park City, Utah

Only Kim Kardashian could look this utterly glam for a stint on the slopes.

Half of the Kardashian Klan are currently snowing it up in Park City, Utah, and apparently Kim packed a selection of the most stylish-looking ski gear on the planet for the trip.

The curvy Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was pictured with sister Kourtney and two pals - one of which we can only presume to be Kanye West (but he's wearing a balaclava so we don't actually know, but it's the sort of thing the rapper would do) looking like they all just stepped straight out of a skiing catalogue.

Mum-of-one Kim was wrapped up warm in a black fur coat and black salopettes, while 34-year-old Kourtney was bundled up in a brown coat with fur collar and a sleek pair of aviators.

The Klan were also pictured gorging on some yummy-looking toasted s'mores around a very large campfire (certainly not the type we were taught to make in Brownies) while on their trip.

The power couple were joined by Kim's sister Kourtney, Scott Disick, their tiny bundles of joy Mason and Penelope and momager Kris Jenner, who posted a shot of the yummy looking s'mores to her Instagram account.

Last Friday, the Klan were pictured boarding a swanky private jet in Los Angeles after spending Christmas at home, where they lavished gifts on each other - including a minature black Lamborghini that Kanye bought for six-month-old North.

The mini black sports car is an exact replica of Kanye's $750,000 car and has the same matt paint finish.

Kim posted the snap under the caption: 'Like father like daughter.'

While rapper Kanye treated his missus to a one-of-a-kind hand painted George Condo Hermes bag.

Contemporary artist Condo has painted the piece directly onto the tan leather bag. His image shows two nude figures with what appears to be a monster in the background.

Big shot Kanye knows the New York-based artist from asking him to create a series of pictures for fifth studio album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy - which features a naked Kanye being straddled by a female with no arms.

Deadline Approaches To Pay For Covered California Health Insurance

SACRAMENTO (KCBS) - With Covered California health insurance coverage beginning Wednesday, another hurdle for consumers will come on Jan. 6 when they must pay for it.

For the 400,000 Californians who signed up on time for the health care coverage, the state must receive premiums for that coverage by next Monday.

That payment will provide retro-active coverage from the beginning of 2014. If consumers miss the deadline, they still have until March 31 to sign up without incurring a penalty.

'We're still halfway through open enrollment. We've got three more months to go and we've got to keep the momentum going because we have millions of Californians without insurance,' Peter Lee, Covered California's executive director, told KCBS.

Dr. Jonathan Weiner, professor of health policy and management at John Hopkins University's Bloomberg School of Public Health, told KCBS that there will likely be glitches with the new insurance.

'The first couple of months-it's not going to be a pretty picture,' he said.

Weiner said, for instance, that medical providers may not be able to quickly verify coverage.

'The good news is that Covered California really is the leader. So in other words, the health insurance exchange done in the state of California, by all expert opinion, is really among the best,' he said.

Meanwhile, the Obama administration released their enrollment numbers over the weekend-about one million people have signed up.

Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Go Skiing In Aspen

It's not everyday that you see Kim Kardashian and Kanye West participating in an outdoor winter activity, but on Monday (Dec. 30) Kimye hit the slopes in Aspen, Colo., and looked great doing it, too.

Kardashian went skiing with her sister, Kourtney, and her fiance, West, who was covered up in a full ski mask and goggles, according to the photo agency that secured the snapshots. While the rapper chose to go incognito, his 33-year-old bride-to-be was certainly noticeable in a glamorous fur vest and snug snow pants.

The trio was photographed on the ski lift and then again as they made their way down the hill.

Kardashian, West and the whole reality TV family flew to Aspen on Friday, Dec. 27, aboard a private plane from L.A., E! News reported.

Kanye West Was The Most Pirated Rapper on BitTorrent of 2013

(AllHipHop News) Music piracy has grown from a dirty ignored by the music industry at large, to the top agenda of the RIAA to an engrained part of music consumption. While Macklemore and Ryan Lewis might have been the most streamed rap act on Spotify in 2013, Kanye West holds the crown for the most pirated rapper of 2013.

According to music trend analysis database Musicmetric, Kanye West's music was pirated over 3.2 million times on file sharing BitTorrent. The race was close with Eminem (#2) being pirated 3.18 million times, Jay Z (#3) being pirated 3.17 million times and Drake (tied with Pitbull for #4) being pirated 3.14 million times. Bruno Mars was the overall most pirated artist on BitTorrent at 5.78 million downloads with Rihanna with 5.41 million downloads at #2.

The effects of music piracy on major artists varies. Kanye West is the only rapper in the Top 5 of most pirated to have released an album this year and not go platinum. However, Beyonce's latest self-titled album was illegally pirated over 240,000 times on BitTorrent in the first 10 days of its release. Concurrently, the album sold over 990,000 copies.
