After a long flight, the family is finally in Paris! And with only five days to the wedding, there is still much to be done...

Kris Jenner and the other members of the household meet up at Kanye's Paris apartment for the dress fitting.

Unfortunately, none of the ladies are completely feeling their dresses and Kim can see that, but with such little time left before the wedding, there is little that can be done.

Once Scott Disick shows up, the gang heads on over to see the Eiffel Tower!

Scott can't help but feel slightly overwhelmed by everything:

Kim and her family have to fight through the paparazzi as they make their way towards the Eiffel Tower!

Later, Kim has the ladies in the family meet her at the Givenchy L'Atelier for her final dress fitting.

Kim has to stop herself from talking when she almost ruins her big wedding surprise:

Kim looks stunning as she models her gorgeous gown for everyone!

The next day, Kim and all of her girlfriends meet up at Hotel Costes for an intimate dinner!

Designer Lorraine Schwartz, Lala Anthony and others are in attendance, and everyone takes turns telling sweet stories about Kim and Kanye!

After dinner, Kim spends the evening running around Paris with her girlfriends, seeing all of the beautiful sites and taking pictures!

Bruce Jenner arrives for the wedding rehearsal but the bride is late...

Finally Kim and the groom-to-be show up!

Kim and Kanye try to make decisions with the wedding planner as they figure out the set-up and wedding procession, which turns out to be more complicated than it seems.

Kim has another surprise for her sisters as well-Kanye was able to find another designer who made bridesmaid dresses for her sisters!

After dealing with some style and fit issues, everyone agrees the second dress is perfect!

The family starts the tedious task of getting every detail right during the wedding rehearsal.

Bruce and Kanye share a sweet moment...

Kim and Kanye even get silly when 'practicing' their wedding day kiss:

See the exciting rehearsal process!

The next morning, the family boards a private plane to head over to Florence, Italy-which also happens to be where Kanye took Kim for her birthday back when they first got together.

While on the plane, Kim remembers her crazy past few days. First, the family went to a private brunch at designer Valentino's estate!

He gave everyone a tour of his gorgeous castle...

And the entire family took an epic photo with him!

But that wasn't the only surprise...

They rented out the Palace of Versailles for the night to throw an extravagant party!

But the next day, Khloé Kardashian pays for it due to her excessive partying the night before...

They arrive in Florence at the stunning villa where the wedding will be held!

With just two hours to the wedding, it's almost go time! Kim knows there is much to be done but she won't let anything get in her way:

In all of the craziness, Kim puts the finishing touches on a brand new selfie book and reveals that she's giving it to Kanye as her wedding day gift!

When Scott arrives he has some bad news: Rob Kardashian skipped the flight from Paris to Florence and ended up hopping on a flight straight back to Los Angeles.

Kim is upset by the news but doesn't want to ruin her wedding so she decides to deal with it when she returns to Los Angeles.

Oh, and did you see Scott's shoes?

Classic Lord Disick.

Then she has a mini freakout when she sees that Kylie Jenner's hair is still blue!

But Kim realizes that it's too late now and instead of worrying about it, she needs to just relax, let go and be happy.

Khloé's so hungover from the night before, she sleeps as her hair and makeup is done!

The wedding planner announces there are just five minutes left until Kim walks down the aisle...

See the intense final moments!

And it's finally time...

There Kim goes!

It's the best day of Kim's life and one that she'll never forget!

Letter: Hypocritical lawmakers have health insurance

Letter: Hypocritical lawmakers have health insurance

First Published 10 minutes ago * Updated 10 minutes ago

While driving home recently, I listened to a report describing the recent testimony before members of the Utah Legislature concerning the possible expansion of Medicaid to help cover uninsured Utahans.

I listened to the emotional testimony Charlotte Lawrence of Orem, a single mother, describing her situation. She is currently undergoing cancer treatment, while working two full-time jobs. She earns a total of $29,000 per year and cannot afford the $300 per month for private insurance.

A truly touching and tragic situation that any right-thinking Utahan would find appalling.

But, following this testimony, a Utah lawmaker, in all seriousness, asked, 'Where does one draw the line?' He mentioned that he found the possible 'expansion of government' troubling and of deep concern to him.

But what was not mentioned was this lawmaker, and others like him, are covered by a gold-plated 'government-paid' health care plan that is theirs to keep, for life, after serving in the Legislature for 10 years or more. Is his life of more value than hers?

It sounds like he was really saying: 'I got mine, to hell with you.' Does anyone else find this hypocrisy telling about the state of the debate in Utah today?

No health insurance? No problem!

CAPE CORAL, Fla. - The medical officers still under construction may not look like much just yet, but nurse practitioner Sue Hook has a vision.

'We will be a full-loaded well-run primary care practice,' Hook said.

It will be a full-run clinic for the working uninsured and under-insured.

It's a group Hook says she knows first hand is missing out on critical medical care.

'I've had patients who have been so sick that they felt like they couldn't call me and make an appointment because they couldn't afford the visit,' Hook said.

So she's stepping down from her job at Lee Memorial and setting up shop on Cape Coral Parkway.

It's called Samaritan Health and Wellness and it won't just be your average clinic.

'It won't be like oh I have to go that clinic, it will be like I get to go to Samaritan, they know my name, they know who I am,' Hook said.

Samaritan will be a full-service family practice clinic with flat rates.

An initial visit is $15 to set up a patient file, then $25 for a sick visit and $35 for a chronic care visit.

But most importantly, Samaritan will integrate primary care with behavioral health.

It will have mental health providers on staff.

'When I can talk to a counselor about a patient that I am caring for medically and possibly prescribing medication then I can be better at caring for them,' Hook said.

Samaritan offers what Hook calls Christ-centered care that focuses on mind, body and spirit.

She's partnering with local churches to raise funds and help them grow.

Hook says she's already received donations and volunteers and hopes to open the doors late October or early November.
