When it comes to choosing celebrity neighbors, homeowners fear Kimye.
In the seventh annual Zillow Celebrity Neighbor Survey, Jimmy Fallon ranked as the most desirable neighbor, while Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were voted as the worst stars to have on the other side of the fence.
Second place for top neighbor was a tie between Jennifer Lawrence and couple Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert. On the flip side, the cast of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo placed second in the least desirable neighbor poll.
Out of those surveyed, 34 percent didn't want to deal with the star element at all, preferring to live next to a stranger rather than Sofia Vergara, Robin Roberts or any other celebrity. These folks don't understand that having Jimmy Fallon as a neighbor means frequent visits from Justin Timberlake.
