Kim: Khloe isn't infertile she didn't want to get pregnant

What fertility issues? Khloe Kardashian wasn't suffering from the inability to get pregnant, she just 'wasn't trying.'

'She wasn't trying to (get pregnant),' Kim Kardashian said on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' on Thursday.

'For so long, everyone in our family was feeling really sad for Khloe (and) thinking that she wasn't getting pregnant and everyone around her was,' North West's mom said.

But Khloe had her own future plans and they didn't include having children with Odom at that time.

'She was not showing up to these doctors' appointments behind our back on purpose and doing everything on purpose (to not get pregnant),' Kim, 33, said. 'She knew that it wasn't right. She knew that she wasn't ready.'

It seems like Khloe had fooled a lot more than just her family as fans also thought she was infertile. In fact, the 29-year-old 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star wasn't sure if she was ready to have children with Odom as the couple was going through marital woes.

Khloe previously tried to explain the true nature of her problem in an interview with Redbook.

'It's more about my hormones being off. I was taking hormone shots to stabilize them, and you have to take these shots consistently and they have to be done by a doctor,' she told the magazine.

While the reality star blamed her busy lifestyle for not having the time to commit to proper hormone treatments, she also indicated that not having a baby in her life wasn't a huge deal for her at the time.

'People assume I'm desperate for a baby,' she said. 'Yes, I would love to have a baby. But I'm 28, and I've been married three and a half years. I love my life, but it doesn't feel incomplete right now.'

In December she filed for divorce from her husband of four years and is now finding her way back from heartbreak with her family by her side.

'When you have a really good support system, it can be easier,' Kanye West's fiancé said. 'It's never going to be easy, but it can be easier.'
