Rumors surrounding Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's second pregnancy have been swirling ever since the duo spent a long summer vacation in Mexico for West to work on his follow up album to 'Yeezus,' however, it seems 1-year-old North West may have to wait a little longer for a sibling.

E! News caught up with Kardashian at The Grove in Los Angeles for the launch of Charlotte Tilbury's cosmetics line at the Make Up Your Destiny Beauty Festival on Thursday where the reality star hinted at the possibility of a second child with her rapper husband. Clearly, Kardashian is more than ready to expand their gorgeous family.

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star revealed that she's been seeing a psychic who gave her a reading on Wednesday and shared some exciting news for the couple.

'So much! So much, so many good things,' Kardashian dished about her psychic's reading when asked about the possibility of more children for the superstar couple.

Kardashian also expressed her gratitude when complimented on daughter North's style, all while clearing up rumors that her daughter has a personal stylist.

'I read somewhere online we have a stylist, and it's planned for months. No,' Kardashian insisted. 'That Givenchy little lace dress, they were literally sewing it on her that day...We came up with it two seconds before,' she said of her daughter's custom-made dress that she donned front row at Givenchy's show during Paris Fashion Week.

Kanye West's wife also gushed last month about the possibility of another child, saying that her and her husband are 'trying' for baby no. 2.

'I hope so. We are trying. I guess it's all in God's hands.'

In addition, Kardashian revealed to Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show that she hopes to have a good sized family.

'I'll go for two--but then again I have so many siblings and I love it,' she admits. 'They're my best friends. I would want that for my kids. So I'm going to do two and see how it is.'
