Poor baby! Kim Kardashian is inflicting her personal style on little North West

As if being the worst-dressed American wasn't bad enough, now Kim Kardashian is passing her fashion (non)sense onto her helpless kid.

Little North's style is going south, fast. Kim has reportedly hired a personal tailor to make sure the baby's wardrobe matches Mommy's.

The result? The 16-month-old sported a see-through top, modeled after Kim's transparent pantsuit, at the Givenchy front row during Paris Fashion Week. Klassy! And the already fashion-challenged child was also caught in a white acid-washed denim jacket and shorts while out in L.A. late last week, while her mother wore an unflattering skin-tight pair of ripped white jeans with an oversized shirt.

It's bad enough to dress like your mom. It's really bad when your mom is Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian has always raised eyebrows with her over-the-top kleavage, such as going topless under an open tuxedo jacket paired with a short, fringed skirt at the Lanvin runway show in Paris. She takes fashion risks that fail, including the pink Chanel cropped turtleneck and leggings riddled with holes that she flew home from Paris in last week. Or she forces herself into ill-fitting fabrics, such as the cream Celine wrap skirt and crop top that made her killer curves look chunky in Hollywood on Monday.

The reality star appeared to be making a couture comeback this spring, when she graced the cover of Vogue in a Lanvin gown. She wowed again in another Lanvin gown that flattered her famous curves at the Met Gala in May.

But she has relapsed into her regular Kimsanity over the past six months, including her recent wardrobe-malfunction world tour through Australia, London and Paris.

'Class vs Trash,' cried a headline in the Sept. 26 issue of The Telegraph, which compared proper British socialites - 'the girls in pearls,' as the paper called them - to Kardashian.

You don't need a translator to identify the 'trash' in the headline. Just look at the woman in the gauche 'curve-caressing leopard prints.'

The reality star's looks at Paris Fashion Week during the last week of September were sheer madness, like the transparent trousers she wore before changing into a gauzy blouse and fringed leather Roberto Cavalli skirt more suited to 'Xena: Warrior Princess.'

'Kim Kardashian flashes her cleavage once again,' read a Daily Mail headline last Tuesday after she stepped out in an extremely low-cut bodice top with a black Givenchy tuxedo jacket.

Left unmentioned was the gargantuan brooch that extended on her left side from shoulder to underboob.

But she hit a new low at the Givenchy show, when she wore a see-through embroidered pantsuit and bodice in the front row. That's not a Paris Fashion Week frock - that's a skanky Halloween costume.

'When I look at her 10 years ago to now, she's cleaned up, she's embraced all of these incredibly high-end designers, and they've really taken her on board,' says stylist Anita Patrickson, whose clients include Emma Watson, Rachel Bilson and Sarah Hyland. 'But she still wears the shortest, tightest little things.'

Adding insult to injury, she swaddled North in that matching transparent blouse.

'She knows that if she goes out without a bra on, everyone's gonna talk about her. 'I'm going out with a dress slit all the way up the side, and they're gonna talk about me.' It is all done on purpose.

The Daily News chronicled her daily wardrobe malfunctions during and in the aftermath of the reality starlet's pregnancy.

In March, Kim squeezed herself into her 16-year-old sister Kylie Jenner's teeny black string bikini in a desperate attempt to show she'd gotten her pre-baby body back.

She obviously was proud of the look, Instagramming it as she almost always does.

Given that Kardashian's stardom comes from two sources - a sex tape and a reality show - it's probably unnecessary to ask why such a beautiful woman, with a team of designers, would step out in such garish outfits.

But let's ask anyway.

'She knows that if she goes out without a bra on, everyone's gonna talk about her,' says celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch, who has dressed elegant actresses such as Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman and Claire Danes. ' 'I'm going out with a dress slit all the way up the side, and they're gonna talk about me.' It is all done on purpose.'

But begging for attention feels desperate. Amal Alamuddin certainly didn't do that during her multi-look wedding weekend last month.

'Amal is an effortless beauty, and Kim is such an intentional beauty,' says Bloch.

'She is an incredibly beautiful girl ... but the outfits she wears are so out of control.'

THREE STEPS TOWARD FASHION REDEMPTION

So it's time for a Kim-tervention. Here are some recommendations:

Embrace her booty. Kardashian should wear black pencil skirts, like Jennifer Lopez did on the 'Today' show in September.

'Darker colors on the bottom balance things out, and a high waist on a pencil skirt that elongates the eye will play up her hourglass figure,' says stylist Anita Patrickson.

Cinch her waist. 'She needs more belts,' says celeb stylist Phillip Bloch, citing Kardashian's belted navy and black Lanvin gown at the Met Gala in May. 'It would make her seem a little taller and break up the body a little. She's often slightly overpowered by her clothes.'

Control the cleavage. 'She loves her curves, which I think is fabulous ... but where she misses is with the boobs,' says Patrickson, eyeing another topless-under-a-jacket look trotted out for the Lanvin show in Paris. 'When you have a bigger bust, you have to be very, very careful about the look not getting slutty and cheesy.'
