The new mom was seen leaving her Manhattan apartment on Wednesday, pushing her 5-month-old baby girl in a trendy stroller.

Kardashian, 33, wore an all-black ensemble for the walk, matching the black blanket draped over her tiny tot to shield her from the crowd of fans and paparazzi.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star may have been headed for the airport. Later Wednesday night she and Kanye West made an appearance at a star-studded DuJour Magazine party in Miami.

Kardashian recently responded to criticism about her parenting skills, after a Twitter user apparently accused her of not spending enough time with her child.
'I don't tweet or Instagram my every move (with) my daughter means I am not with her (24/7)?' she tweeted in response to the critic.

Kardashian has also been traveling with West, 36, on the rapper's 'Yeezus' tour. She frequently posts photos with her beau to Instagram, but rarely of her daughter.
