Today is another big deadline for Americans enrolling for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. Some consumers say they're signed up, but still don't have any proof they're covered.

People who've successfully enrolled and picked a plan, but haven't gotten a bill or a policy card from their providers are finding themselves in insurance limbo.

Metro Detroiter Linda, who works part-time and buys her own coverage, is one of them. 'Now the lines are busy having difficulty there's no agents to help me and I am fit to be tied,' she said.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, in town to promote enrollment, explained why so many people are in 'health insurance limbo' ans what they should do. 'There was a big flux of folks so getting cards out, making sure that people have their identification is something that insurers are working very rapidly to do,' said Sebelius.

She added that first, consumers should call their insurance company. If that doesn't work, they can call the 1-800-318-2596. healthcare.gov help line at
