Kanye West Allegedly Assaults Teenager In LA

Kanye allegedly got into a physical altercation with a teen, after he reportedly said derogatory things to Kim. HollywoodLife.com spoke to Kim's rep, who tells us that Kim is 'really upset' because she claims the teen verbally assaulted her.

Kanye West could be facing some serious trouble. The singer punched a teenager inside a chiropractor's office, in front of Kim Kardashian, according to TMZ. Kim was being swarmed by photographers as she was trying to walk into a building for an appointment. A stranger attempted to help Kim but was screaming the N word at photographers, and Kim politely asked him to stop using that word. That's when things took a turn for the worst.

HollywoodLife.com can tell you that Kim told the teen to stop using the N word in front of her. That's when the teen allegedly screamed back: 'F**k you b***h. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid sl*t.'

An eyewitness tells us EXCLUSIVELY, 'The teen went into Dr. Richard Hill's chiropractic office after verbally attacking Kim.'

TMZ is reporting that when Kanye showed up, he went into the chiropractor office, and punched the teenager repeatedly in the face.

'Kim arrived for a design appointment and there was paparazzi waiting out front and this insane person was screaming at the paparazzi, calling all them types of racial epithets,' Kim's rep tells HollywoodLife.com. 'He followed her into the building, was yelling 'slut, c**t, ni**a lover.' Kanye was meeting Kim there at the appointment and she was really upset because this guy was assaulting her.'

When Kanye walked into the teen's office, Kim was allegedly heard screaming over his shoulder: 'We have it all on tape.'

Police are on the scene and the teen allegedly wants to press charges. The Beverly Hills Police Department said in a statement to HollywoodLife.com:

On Monday, January 13th at approximately 12:15 PM, the Beverly Hills Police Department responded to the 8800 block of Wilshire Blvd. regarding a Misdemeanor Battery that just occurred at the location. The named suspect was identified as Kanye West by the victim and several witnesses. Mr. West had left the location prior to Officers arrival. As of this writing, BHPD Detectives are conducting a follow-up investigation. No further information at this time.

Kanye allegedly told an 'especially aggressive' photographer on July 19, not to ask him any questions at LAX Airport. When the photographer didn't listen, that's when Kanye allegedly 'attacked, attempting several punches,' according to TMZ.

But in November, Kanye plead not guilty to misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft.
