There's nothing like turning to fans for fashion advice amid a wardrobe crisis. That's exactly what Kim Kardashian did right before she was set to appear on ' The Ellen DeGeneres Show.'

'OMG my dress for Ellen just broke!!!' she wrote on Instagram Jan. 16. 'I have to leave in 5mins ... I need help! Should I wear this???'

Along with the post she shared side-by-side pics of herself adorned in a long, tight tan skirt and low-cut white blouse that slightly showed her nude colored bra.

She added another option by posting a photo wearing the same white blouse and a shorter, equally tight pencil skirt.

'Ok found my look! Thank God!' she wrote. 'I ran out of time ... off to the taping #phew #thedrama #anixety.'

On the show, which aired Friday, the 33-year-old reality TV star opted out of sharing pics of herself and instead showed off several photos of her 6-month-old baby girl, North West, with fiancé Kanye West.

'She changes all the time. One day she'll look like Kanye, one day she'll look like me,' she told DeGeneres. 'It's so crazy. And her personality is so cute. She is really calm and really quiet.'

But Kardashain's pregnancy was anything but calm and quiet. She opened up about the challenges she went through while expecting her first child.

'The pregnancy, I wouldn't really wish that upon anyone. Anyone,' she said.

Even after the day time talk show host insisted that some women 'say that it's a beautiful thing,' the 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' star begged to differ.

'They are lying. They are lying to you,' she responded. 'I'm telling you. I had a few medical issues, so it was really tough, and I gained a lot of weight.'

She added, 'I had pre-eclampsia, which was really tough. I had to deliver early.'

Still, the first time mom admitted she wouldn't trade it for the world as the outcome was priceless.

'But I wouldn't take any of it back because I had the most adorable, sweetest baby in the world,' she gushed.
