Kim was walking into a meeting on Jan. 13, when she was swarmed by paparazzi. A teenager tried to help Kim into the building and began screaming obsenities at the photographers. When Kim asked the man to stop using the 'N-word,' that's when Kim claims that the man followed her and continued to yell at her.

Kim then called Kanye and when he showed up, he walked into an office where the man was working and allegedly punched him in the face.

Kim's rep tells us that she is 'really upset' because she was being 'verbally assaulted.'
