EXCLUSIVE! Kim Kardashian Accused Of Sleeping With Kris Humphries' Former ...

This is not how most people celebrate an engagement!

But we're now hearing that Kim Kardashian might not have spent her post-engagement days with Kris Humphries fawning over her former fiancé.

In fact, we've EXCLUSIVELY been told that Kim actually slept with one of Kris' friends not long after he had popped the question with a big ol' sparkler!

Andrey C. Hicks was once good friends with Kris, and then got to know Kim after the two became an item. However, he fell out with them when he was convicted of wire fraud and had to serve a 40-month sentence in prison for a scheme that cost Kris hundreds of thousands.

But before all that disastrously went down, things were good as Andrey attended Kris' bachelor party and the lavish, televised wedding. Andrey even enjoyed a trip to Monaco with Kris, his family, and Kim. And that's where he says the cheating scandal no one knew about went down!

Andrey has revealed that during the trip to Monaco, Kim and Kris were fighting from the start. The whole group went out to dinner one night when another blowup fight between the newly engaged couple supposedly went down.

After the fight and awkward dinner, we're told Kris went back to his villa where they were staying while Kim and Kris' sister went to hang out with Richard Branson and Sergei Brinn on a yacht owned by one of them. Andrey went out to a casino in Monte Carlo with his girlfriend at the time and Kris' parents.

At the end of the night, a car service picked everyone up and they returned to the villa. But Kim apparently wasn't ready to turn in as Andrey says she asked that he stay behind to talk with her while everyone else went off to bed. And he did.

Kim reportedly confided in him about problems she had been having with Kris. She also touched on his relationship at the time and told him his girlfriend wasn't right for him:

'She then went on into how she thought I was a really good guy and how I deserved to be with a woman who could appreciate that. After a tense pause she added that she wished she had a guy like me. I didn't really know what to say or do but before I could figure anything out she grabbed my hand and came in close. I hesitated for a minute. Everything was running through my head at a million miles an hour. I'm not exactly a good human being, I came to terms with that long before prison came along, but I'd like to think I was above hooking up with my friends new fiance. Well, I wasn't. So, I did what any warm blooded man would do when he's got Kim Kardashian pressed up against him. I went for it. We started making out at first, made our way to a more secluded part of the villa's grounds, and then my pants were down and I was going to town. It didn't last that long. It was good for what it was. I was half terrified the whole time that Kris would come out with a kitchen knife or something. Afterwards she did the whole, 'do I have sex hair?' thing and then we made our way inside the villa. The next few days were awkward.'

DAYUM!!

This is certainly not what we'd expect of a newly engaged woman!

But of course there has to be some doubt considering Andrey was once friends with Kris, but ended up convicted of fraud related to a matter involving Kris.

So, Andrey has provided some proof of his relationship with Kris and Kim (photos above), as well as some apparent evidence of Kim getting in touch with him post-Monaco (below). And this email seems to imply something did go down.

That email exchange certainly doesn't help Kim's defense, but it also doesn't necessarily mean they did the dirty deed!

There are always two sides to every story...

...and we're sure everyone will be wanting to know Kim's side!
