Kim Kardashian, 33, is still bitter with her younger brother Rob Kardashian, 27, for flaking on her wedding ceremony to , 37. The famous siblings haven't spoken since May 23, the day Rob suddenly decided to skip his sister's wedding and fly back home. Rob 'resents that Kim has never taken him or his feelings seriously,' while Kim is still waiting for an apology, an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

By now, one would think that Kim and Rob would have worked out their differences...what's the hold up?

'Rob says Kim has not reached out to him once since the wedding and they are still at odds with each other. He hasn't reached out to her either,' a Kardashian family friend tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. 'Kim thinks Rob owes her a major apology and Rob thinks Kim doesn't care about him. Rob resents that Kim has never taken him or his feelings seriously.'

Khloe Kardashian, 30, on the other hand, thinks Kim is being too hard on their brother.

'Khloe gets him and understands that he's always been very sensitive, he's a Pisces. But whenever Khloe says that, Kim laughs at her and makes light of the situation. She just thinks it's mind over matter and doesn't think he's really depressed, more so that he's selfish and stubborn,' the friend explains to us. 'This is the main reason Kim and Khloe argue - over Rob. Khloe thinks Kim's insensitive and Kim thinks Khloe is overprotective.'

'Kim has made no secret for her desire to get pregnant right away with another baby.
