Even before her Italy nuptials, Kim Kardashian had baby on the brain! On the next episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim tells her siblings all about her recent visit to a psychic. Plus, Rob Kardashian makes a rare appearance -- and kicks up his heels for an outside workout with his sisters!

In the sneak peek clip, Kanye West's then-fiancee takes the lead with Khloe and Rob as they return from a hike.
'All Kim does is talk about fitness and what she's eating,' Khloe tells the camera. 'I just feel like everything is kind of like a competition.'

The trio dress in all black (Rob in a heavy sweatshirt and sweatpants) as Kim tells them to do some squats. North West's mom is quickly sidetracked, however, once Khloe asks what her psychic has bestowed upon her as of late.
'[She said] I'm going to get pregnant really soon,' Kim says, smiling. She tells Khloe: 'She said you should get a sperm donor and the guy will come later.'
