Kanye West "Fine" After Going to the Hospital in Australia—Find Out What ...

Kanye West was taken to the hospital in Australia on Wednesday, but before you panic-the rapper is OK.

A source close to Yeezy tells E! News West is 'fine and didn't have a major health scare or seizure. He just suffered a migraine and went to the hospital simply as a precaution.' Whew!

In fact, Kim Kardashian's hubby even went on to perform for his Yeezus tour just a couple hours after leaving the hospital. Talk about trouper! Another source tells E! News that Kanye, who got an MRI while at the hospital, is currently just hanging out at a Sydney hotel with his ladylove and daughter ('Ye has two concerts scheduled for Sydney later this week).

Kanye hasn't tweeted about his visit to the hospital (no shocker there) and Kim has only posted a photo of her and her 'bae' from their recent date night in Melbourne.

Earlier in the week, Kimye were spotted shopping in the Aussie city's central business district, stopping at stores like Zambesi on Flinders Street, where they tried on clothes and took a look at some of the styles Down Under, as well as making a stop at Kanye's new Yeezus pop-up shop that also opened in Melbourne.

Here's to hoping Yeezy can continue the Australian leg of his tour without anymore health complications.
