After a honeymoon in Ireland that seemed to mostly call for casualwear, the newlyweds went out Friday night in Prague dressed for a special occasion. Kanye's stylist is getting married this weekend in the Czech capital, so it seems likely that pre-wedding festivities were once again in order for the just married couple.

Kim stepped out in a gun-metal metallic wrap dress that liquidly skimmed over her curves, while a peekaboo slit in the knee-length skirt showed a hint of thigh. A full-length, fur-trimmed black leather coat kept her warm.

She accessorized simply with diamond studs, her massive engagment ring and bright-red lipstick.

Kanye, meanwhile, went for black leather in the pants department, pairing the edgy trousers with a white dress shirt and camel-colored coat.

He and Kim touched down in Prague earlier this week after spending four nights in Ireland, where they did super-normal-couple things like touring the countryside on bicycles and going to the movies.

Tomorrow, they will have been married exactly one week-and knowing them, they'll figure out some romantic way to mark the occasion.

The photo that Kim posted of her and Kanye kissing after saying their I-dos yesterday became the most-liked photo on Instagram, ever, after surpassing the record of 1.82 million 'likes' previously held by Justin Bieber, and right now the heart count for the Kimye kiss stands at 2.02 million.

Kim has been diligent about sharing her Paris style secrets on her blog, posting updates even while abroad. A few days ago she posted a pic of herself carrying daughter North and noted her appreciation that the paparazzi in the City of Light were 'being so nice and respectful' that she felt comfortable bringing her 11-month-old out to dinner.

Analysts predict most employer

Across the political spectrum, analysts now say that 80 to 90 percent of employer-provided insurance, the mainstay of American health coverage for decades, will disappear as ObamaCare takes hold.

The research firm S&P IQ predicts less than 10 percent of those who get insurance at work will still get it there ten years from now.

'The companies will really be hard pressed to justify why they would continue to have to spend the kind of money they spend by offering insurance through corporate plans when there's an alternative that's subsidized by the government' said Michael Thompson, head of S&P IQ.

Even a former adviser to President Obama, Zeke Emanuel, predicted less than 20 percent who now get employer-provided insurance will still get it ten years from now. He wrote in his book 'Reinventing American Health Care' that 'By 2025 few private-sector employers will still be providing health insurance.'

Emanuel told Fox News, 'it's going to actually be better for people. They'll have more choice, most people who work for an employer and get their coverage through an employer do not have choice.'

The reason analysts see this historic change in health coverage is because the tax penalty for not offering insurance -- $2,000 per worker-- is so much less than the cost of providing it.

John Goodman of the National Center for Policy Analysis explained that, 'for a worker making only $15 an hour, typical employer coverage for a family costs $15,000 or $16,000, that's more than half of that worker's annual wage.'

Thompson said, 'it would be too compelling for companies to not put their employees into exchanges. It's just way too compelling.'

To make it compelling to workers, as well, employers can bump up workers' pay to help cover the deductibles and other costs in ObamaCare.

Former Congressional Budget Office Director Doug Holtz-Eakin said,'you could give them more, so after taxes they end up with the same and the math says you still come out ahead. And so employers have been doing this math ever since the law passed. I expect for them to get to the exits pretty quickly.'

Employers would also get rid of the headache and uncertainty of providing insurance, he noted. 'Most people are not in the health insurance business they are manufacturers, exporters, they are service providers. And they would rather stick to that than worry about health insurance.'

Goodman added, 'they don't want to be in the health insurance business. So if they see a low cost way to get out of it, many will jump at the chance.'

So employers can offer more pay to workers, pay the fine and still come out ahead, while workers would still get health care.

The only losers in all this would be the federal deficit and taxpayers, since many workers going into ObamaCare would qualify for subsidies, driving up the cost.

On Friday, fans had gathered outside Hotel Belvedere in Prague, eager to catch a glimpse of the newlyweds.

However, it looked as though they might have employed decoys as a couple first stepped out ahead of them.

A woman - baring a striking resemblance to Kim - was accompanied by a male friend as they left the hotel.

Showing off her curvacous figure in a pair of tight white jeans, it was quite possible that fans had mistaken the mystery woman for Kim.

She even had the reality star's pose as she kept her head down wearing a pair of huge sunglasses.

But the real Kim was not far behind.

Kim and Kanye are currently in Prague for the wedding of Kanye's stylist.

Kim has certainly been looking less than impressed with the weather in the Czech Republic.

Yesterday, Kim was seen covering her face as she and Kanye were caught in the rain, and it is clear that she is missing the sunshine.

Yep, it sounds like a Kimye event.

On Thursday, Page Six published a thorough play-by-play written by a 'spy' who attended Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's lavish wedding in Florence last weekend at the Forti di Belvedere. And from the sound of it, not everything went according to plan. Actually, some of it appears to have been pretty disastrous.

Let's start with Kayne West giving a 45-minute 'toast to himself' at the reception. This, while not surprising, is still just hilarious.

The evening's live performer, John Legend, performed on a marble piano while the couple danced solo to five songs, according to the New York Post, which also said the couple hired Italian stonemasons to engrave wedding attendees' names into the marble countertop tables. But some of the names were spelled wrong. Oops.

And apparently there were more guests than they had chairs for, so some people ended up without seats, just wandering around. And don't even get us started with Andrea Bocelli. According to Page Six, the opera singer sang during the ceremony (while Kardashian walked down the aisle) but when it came time for the reception there was no seat for him. Time to go home, he was told.

According to the spy, the giant gold box -- standing 49 feet tall -- 'contained the bathrooms. It was situated right next to the dinner tables at the reception with a bar in front of it.'

And about those life-sized nudes...10 of them reportedly fell apart, 10 were broken even before they got there -- and another 10 or so were missing their heads.

Kardashian and West have been vacationing this week in Ireland. Let's hope their trip is marble-free.

Snippet of Kanye West's 'Black Bruce Wayne' Leaked, Sold and Posted

It's unknown if it's new or old, but 32 seconds of a previously unreleased Kanye West track deemed 'Black Bruce Wanye' has leaked.

A discussion explaining the leak has turned up on the forums section of the fan site Kanye To The, in which a narrative emerged where one forum member got hold of 'Black Bruce Wayne' and sold it to another.

As the thread goes, the leaker agreed to sell the full song for a mere $500, but got cold feet and released only 30 seconds. The buyer promptly posted it.

The track features approximately 21 seconds of music, followed by 11 seconds of West rapping.

There's speculation among West's fans on the forum that the track also features guest vocals from 2 Chainz and a second unknown artist.

However, it's unknown whether 'Black Bruce Wayne' comes from West's upcoming new album or if it's actually an older song that's just now seeing the light of day.

West will take the stage at two upcoming festivals: the X Games Festival in Austin following the X Games on June 7 and Bonnaroo on June 13.

Orange teachers, district reach agreement on health insurance plans

Orange teachers have reached an agreement on health insurance (Tootles / )

Orange County's teachers union has agreed to a plan that will offer the district's 13,000 teachers three health insurance plans for the coming school year, ending contentious negotiations.

The three plans are the same as the ones being used by administrators and non-instructional employees. Open enrollment for teachers will begin Monday, district officials said. Enrollment will continue through July.

Diana Moore, president of the Classroom Teachers Association, said it was time to settle.

Orange County teachers have reached an agreement on their health insurance ()

'Teachers were more concerned about being without health insurance than the plans or increase in premiums,' she said.

The union and district signed an agreement on health insurance at the bargaining table on Thursday.

Teachers will have three options, all administered by Cigna, including one that is brand new this year:

Plan A includes a limited Central Florida physician network with a $250 individual deductible before coverage begins. There is no cost per pay period for individual coverage and 10 percent coinsurance. The plan will cost employees less than this year.

Plan B, a new plan, is a health reimbursement account with a $1,500 in-network deductible, with the district kicking in the first $750. The plan costs employees $18.64 per pay period for individual coverage.

Plan C, the network premium plan, has no deductible before coverage begins, costs $18.64 per pay period for individual coverage and has 20 percent coinsurance. This reflects a cost increase for employees over the current year because the plan was losing money for the district, which is self-insured.

A fourth, basic plan used by fewer than 5 percent of district employees has been eliminated.

Moore said concerns over losing health insurance were overblown, but the union was able to get the district to agree to conduct a 'stop-loss' policy study and project long-term savings that could come from using a Cigna wellness plan.

Negotiations were also tied to resolving concerns about teacher assessment plans and timely printing of class rosters, Moore said.

At the moment, the origins of the track are unclear: it could be anything from a preview of West's forthcoming follow-up (what if it was a Batman concept album!?!?), a scrapped track dating back several years (maybe from The Jetson movie?), or a guest appearance from someone else's track. Either way, it's otherworldly feel certainly sounds intriguing.

Perhaps we'll find out one way or another when West returns to the stage next week at the X Games Festival in Austin. Then, it's on to Bonnaroo.

Kim Kardashian and have landed in yet another European city rich with history and culture.

That's just so like those two!

After spending several days honeymooning in Ireland, the newlyweds jetted to Prague, where Kanye's stylist is getting married this weekend.

Meanwhile, the non-sunny-and-tropical theme of their honeymoon continued, as it was pouring rain in the Czech Republic capital when they got there. The hood on Kanye's hoodie was put to good use, while Kim appeared to be shielding herself from both the rain and the paparazzi with her laptop case.

The couple kicked off their first days as a married couple in Ireland, first checking in at the palatial Castle Oliver in County Limerick. They toured Ballyhoura by bicycle, looking 'totally immersed' with their surroundings, according to a source.

'They couldn't believe the views,' the insider added. 'It was just a totally different part of the world that they had never experienced. They were engrossed in the environment and they enjoyed being able to escape.'

Daughter North West is back home in L.A. with grandma Kris Jenner while her parents are having alone time.

After Kimye's nuptials in Florence, everyone flew back to Paris, where the celebratory prelude to the wedding took place. While Kris, Bruce and Kendall and Kylie Jenner returned to L.A., Khloé Kardashian jetted to New York and Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick stayed to enjoy the City of Light for a few more days with son Mason and daughter Penelope.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner were amongst wedding guests at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding last weekend and the sisters have now opened up about the 'amazing' day.

Kimye's big day has had people talking for months and the famous fam and their closest friends finally watched the couple say their 'I dos' in Florence on Saturday.

Speaking to Canadian entertainment show eTalk, Kylie gushed about the ceremony: 'We can't say much, but it was amazing,' with Kendall saying: 'It was beautiful. It was filled with a lot of love.'

Kim and Kanye eventually tied the knot at the historic Forte di Belvedere, after Kim had her bridal party in Paris.

Guests at the wedding of the year included Jonathan Cheban, Rachel Roy, Jaden Smith and John Legend, along with all of Kim's reality TV family, minus her brother Rob.

Oregon wants to sue over health insurance site

Gov. John Kitzhaber said Thursday he's asked Oregon's attorney general to sue Oracle, the contractor responsible for building the glitch-filled Cover Oregon health insurance website.

The Democratic governor is also urging Health and Human Services Inspector General Ellen Rosenblum to put in place 'immediate' legal action in order to recover funds paid to the California-based technology company.

'The time has come to hold Oracle accountable for its failure to deliver technology that worked on the timelines the company committed to,' Kitzhaber said, according to prepared remarks delivered to the state legislature on Thursday.

'I believe the law is on our side. I believe justice is on our side,' he said.

Kitzhaber also reached out to the federal government over the controversy in a letter to Rosenblum. And he pushed Oregon Sens. Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley to help reclaim funds paid to the company.

In the correspondence to HHS, the governor notes an internal review's finding which determined steps needed to improve the health care program.

'I have acted on the findings with a series of actions and reforms,' he said. 'Now it is time to hold Oracle accountable for its failure to deliver a working website.'

Oregon dropped its state-run exchange, opting to join the federal HealthCare.gov option in April. The governor told the legislature that he didn't take legal action earlier because he was focused on fixing the problems first.

'I have prioritized cleaning up our own house before reviewing and commenting on the performance and failings of Oracle, Cover Oregon's primary website developer,' he said.

The company Thursday placed blame with the state, which it says 'badly mismanaged the project by consistently failing to deliver requirements in a timely manner and failing to staff the project with skilled personnel.'

'We understand the political nature of the announcement just made and that the governor wants to shift blame from where it belongs,' the company said in a statement.

Thus far, the stars of Keeping Up With The Kardashians have refrained from sharing details with their Facebook fans, although Kris Jenner certainly posted plenty of pictures of the pre-wedding festivities. Kendall and Kylie Jenner were also willing to share a few thoughts about the big event.

Based on the Twitter photos featuring all the exciting activities that took place in the lead-up to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding, Kendall and Kylie Jenner had a blast during their recent European excursion. As with the rest of the Kardashian family, the sisters have been careful to keep their lips sealed; Kim and Kanye do not want the details of their big day to be released just yet.

During a recent interview with eTalk, Kylie and Kendall Jenner continued to avoid sharing wedding details, although they were willing to say a few words about their trip to Europe. Kylie admitted, 'We can't say much, but it was amazing.' Kendall added that the ceremony and reception were beautiful and 'filled with a lot of love.'

Nothing like a romantic date at the movie theaters!

While on their honeymoon in Ireland this week, newlyweds Kim Kardashian and enjoyed a screening at the local Irish Multiplex Cinemas in Tullamore, County Offaly, Ireland.

The 33-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and her rapper beau left the Ballyfin Demesne Hotel, where they were staying Thursday, and headed into town for the movie. Kim looked monochromatic-chic in black heels, skinny black pants and a black top under a black blazer. The E! star tried to go incognito behind big black sunglasses while out and about.

Meanwhile, Kanye matched his bride once again in black pants, a black shirt and a black hoodie with brown shoes. After their movie, the coordinating couple were spotted exiting the movie theater together.

Kim and Kanye have certainly been enjoying their Irish honeymoon following their lavish wedding at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence this past weekend.

Their four-day trip began with a stay at the Castle Olivier, a very private, super-lux mansion in County Limerick that rents for a minimum of 7 nights with a weekly rate of 25,000 euros ($34,000).

The lovebirds also went on a biking adventure with Ballyhoura Tourism to check out the picturesque countryside of Ireland. 'They had great fun,' a source told E! News of their outing. 'They just had a lovely aura about them. They were very relaxed.'
