Kim Kardashian is one of the most talked about celebrities these days. But there's one international superstar who doesn't even know who she is.
'Honestly, my wife, she don't even know who Kim Kardashian is,' Nick Cannon said about Mariah Carey during an interview on Howard Stern's radio show on April 2.
'She doesn't pay attention to that,' he added.
One thing the musical diva does pay attention to are her husband's candid interviews, which have previously landed him in hot water.
'People feel like they can ask me anything, because I say anything,' he confessed. 'I'm brutally honest, and now my wife doesn't like when I come on your show!'
The 'America's Got Talent' host was referring to a past Stern interview in which the men discussed their past sex lives. Apparently Cannon, 33, was a bit too forthcoming with details of his previous conquests and Carey disapproved.
'She doesn't care when I talk about our sex life, because our sex life is amazing. She's one of the most beautiful women in the world,' he said. 'But ... when we bring up -- I'm not gonna do it -- other people's names, she's like, 'Why would you even do that?''
In fact, one of Cannon's lovers from his past was Kardashian, but he insisted that the mere mention of the reality TV star wasn't what got under his wife's skin.
'I think it was more about the fact ... (that I spent) time on my past,' he said.
Furthermore, Carey was peeved when her husband and the father of their 2-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, went into detail about his past girlfriends' private parts during an interview with the shock jock.
'She took it in a way almost as if I was including her in the conversation,' he recalled. 'We weren't talking about her. The most amazing sex I've ever had is with my wife.'
Nowadays there is no other woman in Cannon's life since he married Carey in 2008. The only other females that may cause strife in his life currently are the revolving door of nannies his wife hires and quickly fires.
'It's something about a woman and her children,' he said indicating his 44-year-old wife doesn't take too kindly to nannies her children seem to prefer.
'Everything's on a trial basis,' he added. 'It's just like, hey, we're gonna see how this works out. And we're always traveling, so the nanny might not get a plane ticket to the next city.'
