Kim Kardashian - Pregnant Again?

Hmmm. This picture certainly got our wheels spinning.

In a personal black-and-white photo shared on Kim's Instagram, Olivier leans over and rests his hand right on top of her abdomen. It's a signature pose used by many expecting mothers to show off their growing baby bump. So, is that what Olivier is helping her hide?

Olivier Would Know If Kim Was Pregnant

Kim has been back and forth from the Paris, France Balmain showroom, which is what sparked rumors that he might be designing her wedding dress.

There are numerous photos of Kim going in and out of the Balmain showroom, so if it's true that they are designing her wedding dress they would HAVE to know whether or not she was growing again.

A baby bump would definitely interfere with her dress measurements!

As of right now, Kim is planning on having at least three wedding dresses.
