Is Kim Kardashian planning to expand her family? In a new interview, the mother-of-one revealed she wishes she could have four more babies - but it's the fear of being pregnant again that is holding her back. Eek.

Kim Kardashian, 33, has been very open about the fact that she would love to have more children now that her daughter, North West, is 1. But what's the hold up? The wife of Kanye West, 36, has revealed what is keeping her from having another baby - and how she plans to finally face it very soon.

Okay, Kimye - what's the deal? We've been waiting for a pregnancy announcement ever since you tied the knot in May 2014!

Thankfully, Kim addressed why there has not been a new Kimye baby just yet during her appearance on the Today Show on Tuesday, Aug. 12.

'I'm gonna have to go through the pregnancy again, which mine was a really difficult [...] It was a really difficult pregnancy. So, it's tough,' Kim explained to Matt Lauer.

'Of course I would love to have another child. I would love two more, but, we'll see. I'm gonna have one more and see what it's like.'

Phew! Not all hope is lost in the land of Kimye babies! And, by the sound of it, Kim is adamant about having at least one more - so her and Kanye MUST be trying! How exciting!

We'll continue to wait with bated breath for a pregnancy announcement from Kim and Kanye. Fingers crossed it comes sooner rather than later!
