Kylie shaved the underside of her hair in celebration of her birthday, which was the same day as the Teen Choice Awards, August 10! Kim told Carrie how she decided to shave the back underside of her hair when she was 12 years old. 'Everyone shaves the side of their head, but I said no, the cool thing to do is shave the whole underneath of your hair!' She even mentioned that she's thinking of doing it again! Talk about taking beauty risks!
