Kanye West On Kim Kardashian Engagement: '3 Rings Were Made'

Kanye was so hands-on with coming up with Kim's engagement ring that he had not one but three different versions crafted - and he was modifying the creation up until the night before! Do you think it's so cool that Kanye was so hands on? VOTE.

Kanye West may not love talking to the media, but it seems like that has all changed now that he's in love! The rapper cannot stop talking about his new fiance, Kim Kardashian - and we love it! This time around he gave an interview to LA radio station Power 106 on Oct. 28, where he opened up about Kim's blinding new engagement ring - and it comes as no surprise that Kanye was totally hands on and wanted everything to be perfect. In fact, he even went as far as having a variety of rings designed before selecting the perfect rock for Kim.

Kanye West On Kim Kardashian's Engagement Ring:

'She knew I was eventually going to ask her to marry me, it was just getting that ring right! I worked with four different jewelers. Three rings were made, only one actually hit the finger with Lorraine. She came through and the ring, actually I changed it the night before. That ring was, like, less than four hours old by the time I gave it to her,' he told Power 106′s Big Boy Morning Radio Show.

It certainly looks like all his hard work paid off! Kim hasn't stopped smiling since Kanye presented her with the flawless, 15-carat diamond ring by celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz!

Despite being a little nervous during the elaborate proposal, held at the San Francisco's AT&T Park on Kim's birthday, Oct. 21, he said that there were bigger concerns that took his jitters away - like making sure everything was on cue. He also expressed his infinite love for the reality star, saying that he has wanted to marry her since the first saw her. How sweet!

Although they have yet to reveal a date for the wedding we're sure it will be remarkable, just like the proposal!
