Kim Kardashian joined her mom and sisters at the 22nd Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar Viewing Party on Mar. 2 in West Hollywood, where the 33-year-old reality star definitely commanded the most attention on the red carpet. The multi-tasking mom brought out her boobs on this occasion, as they were very present in her plunging red gown!

Although the star often wears neutrals, on this occasion she turned up in a striking red dress - and it looked absolutely amazing on her. Her Celia Kritharioti gown featured a full skirt and a band at the waist, which highlighted her hourglass fame and made her waist look oh-so-tiny - especially in relation to her ample chest!

With her sparkling engagement ring, Kim further accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewels. She parted her hair in the middle and sported sexy, loose waves which hung down her back, keeping the focus on the very sexy silhouette of the dress. Really bringing the whole look together was Kim's bold, red lip. Her bright pout really popped and matched her dress perfectly! Luscious lashes finished off her beauty look.

While some may think her cleavage was a bit over the top, I think Kim looked amazing. From the color to the silhouette, the reality star looked seriously sexy - and I don't blame her for wanting to flaunt her post-baby bod!
