Following the couple's show-stopping engagement on Monday, rapper Kanye West dedicated a song to his bride-to-be during a concert in California on Tuesday night, and publicly referred to Kim as his fiancé for the first time.
Just as Kanye's song Bound 2, which is about the pair's relationship, kicked off, he said: 'You know what song this is, right?
'I want to sing this song to the birthday girl that's back there right now, my fiancé.
Clearly thrilled by the pair's engagement, Kanye continued: 'If you came with somebody that you love tonight, hold on so tight.
'What I'm trying to say is it's hard to find you.'
Reality starlet Kim, who was in the audience for the Yeezus concert with mum Kris, couldn't contain her smiles as he addressed the crowd.
Delving even deeper, the 36-year-old rapper explained: 'Sometimes I'm feeling like I had a second chance in life. 'Cause I remember in my career early on when I could have lost my life.'

She then steps forward and her new rapper fiancé stands up to give her a great big kiss on the lips and a hug.
Kim's friends and family then cheer and quickly walk over to congratulate the couple on the happy news.

Kanye then handed Kueen Kim a 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring while she probably did something excellent like flutter her extra long eyelashes as it sparkled in her face.
A 50-piece orchestra, who are said to have been paid four times their usual rate, played Lana Del Ray's Young and Beautiful in the background before moving on to Keri Hilson, Ne-Yo and Kanye's song Knock You Down.
In some kind of cross between a Disney and sporting fairy tale fireworks and Roman candles lit up the night sky before the crowd celebrated both Kim's birthday and the next chapter in her life, reports E! News.
And it did'nt take long before Kim's friends and family were tweeting pictures from inside the stadium as soon as it was all done and dusted so we could cobble together the pieces to find out exactly what on earth had had just gone down.
But not only that! Kim's mum Kris couldn't help but violently vomit words of love from her mouth after witnessing the magical event.
She told E! News: 'I am so happy for both of my kids, Kim and Kanye. A match made in heaven.'
Not many words but enough to leave us satisfied. Thanks Kris! Bring on the big day!
