Kanye West To Kim Kardashian: No More Plastic Surgery

After Kim gave birth to North West, she was determined to get back that rocking body - allegedly planning to get plastic surgery to slim down faster. But Kanye isn't going to let that happen, after he lost his mother due to liposuction and breast-reduction surgery complications.

Kanye West loves Kim Kardashian just the way she is - and he is very serious about his girlfriend not undergoing any plastic surgery, according to a new report.

Kanye West 'Flipped Out' When Kim Kardashian Wanted To Get More Plastic Surgery

'Kim was certain that she wanted to have surgery after giving birth because she wanted a head start on losing her baby weight,' a source told RadarOnline.

However, Kanye wasn't going to let that happen.

'He really flipped out,' the source added. 'Kanye told Kim in no uncertain terms that she needed to put her baby and her life first. He got pretty emotional because he really didn't want her going through that kind of major surgery. He's still traumatized from his mom's death.'

Kanye's mother, Donda West, suffered 'multiple post-operative factors' following breast-reduction surgery and liposuction. She passed away at the age of 58 in 2007.

'Kanye was devastated by her passing and it's made him extremely protective of those he loves,' the source continued. 'He really put his foot down and told Kim the surgery ban is a condition of being with him.'

Kim Is Extremely Self Conscious About Post-Baby Body

Although Kim looks absolutely amazing since giving birth, she apparently really wanted to get surgery to lose the baby weight.

'Kim has had a much harder time losing the baby weight than she ever anticipated,' the insider said. ' She works out extremely hard and everyone said she would shed the weight fast, but it just hasn't happened.'

It looks like it's happened to us! Did she even look at that selfie she took in a bathing suit?! Kanye sure did, and he loves the way she looks!

'He's fine with her getting Botox and fillers, but anything that requires getting knocked out, like lipo, is a huge no no in his book,' the source said. 'They'll find a compromise. Kanye tries to let Kim do as she pleases, but this issue is really important to him, and she understands.'

Kim has agreed to follow Kanye's wishes to hold back from any surgery. She definitely doesn't need it!
