Tomorrow is Spirit Day, the annual GLAAD event that encourages people to wear lavender hues as a statement against bullying.

NEWS: A look back at Spirit Day 2012

Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner will mark the day by tweeting messages of support.

The sports world will also have a big presence for the second year in a row. Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer, the National Basketball Association, the Women's National Basketball Association, the National Football League, the National Hockey League, Ultimate Fighting Championship and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) will be sharing Spirit Day information on their social media platforms.

Spirit Day was started in 2010 as a response to bullied young people who had taken their own lives. According to a 2011 survey by the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network, 63.5 percent of LBGT students said they felt unsafe at school because of their sexual orientation. Close to 82 percent reported being verbally harassed.
