He announced recently at a show in Australia that the highly anticipated shoes were going to be released this month, but new information has come to light that may change that assumption.

A new photo posted online that was supposedly taken at Adidas headquarters shows an empty glass case where the sneakers will presumably go and the release date of 'Winter 2014,' according to Vibe. That is an added wrinkle to the November release date.
Could November be constituted as the winter? Either way, the authenticity of this photo has not been verified, so we have to take it with a grain of salt and assume the sneakers will be coming soon, whether it is in November or December. What the photo does supposedly confirm is that the shoes will be released this year.
Another photo leaked onto the Web is supposedly of the Yeezys. It is a picture of what is rumored to be West holding them on a plane and showing them to whomever he is sitting next to. The rumored picture has sparked quite a debate on the Internet, though we do not know if this is the shoe, just an early design or something else entirely.
The hype is becoming feverish right now, as other artists and personalities are making statements about the sneakers. The shoe will be a limited edition with Adidas, so do not be surprised to see them become a collector's item for sneaker heads.
The saga continues with the Yeezy 3, so make sure you are ready for when they do drop because you can rest assured that you wwill not be the only one in line for a pair.
