After news broke of Ryan Knight's sudden death in Kenosha, Wisconsin, his cause of death is still unknown.

An autopsy has been completed after the Real World New Orleans cast member was found dead Thursday morning, and no 'anatomical cause of death' was determined.

Police attempted to revive him when his body was found, but before that fatal moment, he had been complaining of stomach issues for about two days. There were no obvious signs of injury when he was found, but a friend had allegedly commented that he was covered in vomit when he was found, leading some to believe he choked on his own vomit.

Police also report that no drugs were found at the scene of the death, but it had also been reported Ryan had been partying hard with friends the night before. He had also allegedly told one friend that he was taking 'some pills.'

Officials are now waiting on toxicology results to get further information.
