Kim wasn't prepared when she found out that she was going to give birth to her daughter early - in more ways than one! On 'KUWTK,' the Kardashians revealed the last-minute complication that almost jeopardized her getting to the hospital on time!

Kim Kardashian got quite a health scare on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, when she learned that she was going to deliver her baby North West very early - and she panicked when she realized that she didn't even have her bags packed and ready to take to the hospital - even though her sisters and Kourtney Kardashian told her to plan ahead!

The news that she would be giving birth early caught Kim so off guard, that she hadn't even packed her bag for the hospital yet - which both Kourtney and Khloe had advised her to do ahead of time.

Kim actually shocked her sisters when she asked, 'oh - how do I book a hospital?' when she realized that she wouldn't have a room waiting for her. Even though she didn't have a room reserved, she had already started making other baby plans - which her sisters called her out on.

'Typical Kim,' Kourtney told the cameras on the show. 'She hasn't booked her hospital room and she hasn't even packed her hospital bag yet. But the glam squad is on hold and ready to go.

Kim's sisters weren't at all surprised that Kim left her preparations to the very last minute, but they were still nervous for her!
