Cue the next Las Vegas music festival.
Hours after the completion of Electric Daisy Carnival, Life Is Beautiful has revealed the first chunk of acts from its 2014 lineup , and the Downtown fest's second installment appears loaded with big names.
Alt-rock giants Foo Fighters, reunited hip-hop duo OutKast and superstar rapper Kanye West will anchor LIB, which expands from two days to three this year, October 24-26. (Kings of Leon and The Killers headlined the inaugural edition in 2013.)
Though West's U.S. tours regularly bring him through town, OutKast hasn't played Las Vegas since a March 2001 House of Blues stopover with Ludacris, and, discounting an invite-only 2010 gig at the Palms, Foo Fighters haven't been heard here since a two-night run at the old Joint in September 2008.
Also high on the Life Is Beautiful bill: LA DJ Skrillex, Brit-rock darlings Arctic Monkeys, hip-hop veterans The Roots and soul throwback Lionel Richie.
