We've exclusively learned at HollywoodLife.com that the reality star had a custom fitting for the suit so that it could be tailored perfectly to her frame. The glamorous look is an original from Russian designer, Ulyana Sergeenko's Spring/Summer 2014 collection.
Ulyana's creations are a huge hit with celebs like and Kim wore another statement cleavage baring look by the designer earlier in the year to Khloe's birthday party!
