With Kim's 'Paper' magazine cover dropping, everyone is wondering if she got work done! HollywoodLife.com has spoken to multiple plastic surgeons who revealed just what she would have had done to get that famous backside!Kim Kardashian's butt has been the topic of discussion for years - but when her cover of Paper magazine hit the web on Nov. 11, people once again were convinced it wasn't all natural.
Kim Kardashian: Butt Implants?
'I believe Kim when she says she doesn't have butt 'implants,' but that doesn't mean her butt is all natural,' Dr. Michael Salzhauer, a Board certified plastic surgeon in Miami, FL told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

So if not, she would have gotten one of two things - a fat injection, AKA 'the Brazilian Butt Lift' or an injection of fillers.
First, what's a Brazilian Butt Lift?
'It's a Fat transfer to the gluteal area, and is the safest and most popular way to reshape the butt,' Dr. Salzhauer said. 'The operation involves liposuctioning fat from body areas you don't want it and transferring it to the butt, to improve shape, size and projection. This operation is the only way to dramatically reshape a woman's curves to look like Kim Kardashian. The fat lasts FOREVER. It's your own fat, so as you gain weight it grows with you. Also, it is completely undetectable on x-ray or MRI. So there is no medical way to prove Kim K did or did not have that procedure.'
He also added that while Kim could have been 'born with it,' she'd be 'the lucky one in a million.'
'In my experience 99.9% of the woman out there with this dramatic shape (tiny waist and big butt) have had this operation,' he said.
Kim K: Was It Fillers?
The other enhancement that may have been done to Kim's backside are fillers.
She could have gotten fillers of 'Polyacrylamide, Poly Methyl Methacrylate (a plastic) and Silicone,' David Cangello, M.D., Director Of Plastic Surgery at JUVA Skin and Plastic Surgery.
'Butt injections are fillers that are injected through a needle to expand the butt,' Dr. Salzhauer said. 'Some are permanent (eg- silicone) others are temporary (hylaronic acid 1 year). However, all are riskier than using your own fat, because the body can react harshly to the foreign material injected. It can cause chronic inflammation or permanent disfigurement. These usually do not show up on x-ray either. So again, no way to know for sure without an MRI exam. I hope for Kim's sake she didnt go this route, as the long term complications can be pretty awful.
Well, that would make sense - Kim did an X-ray on KUWTK and nothing showed up!

The word is it was Brazilian butt lift! Cause I saw for myself when her and Ray j did video her butt wasn't nesrly that big!!!! What about all the beautiful natural black sistas in the world on TV have big ones naturally and no one gives them credit why is that! Huh wazup!
