Kim Zolciak stepped out wearing the exact same maternity wear that Kim Kardashian was seen sporting before arrived. Apparently the Real Housewives of Atlanta star thought she could get away with the steal, but we'd know this Grecian bump-wear anywhere! Not only did we catalog every pregnant piece the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star wore, but this stomach-centric cut was fairly memorable...

As far as we can tell, there are only two things separating these looks-color and hair style. Kim Z rocks the black version of the frock and opts for a thick halo braid while Kim K chose the cream and went with simple, flowing locks. We notice a slight difference in the shoes-boots on KZ vs. flats on KK-but it's too close to call.
And so this boils down to black or white-or should we say twins vs. a single baby in the belly? Our gut says it's the Kim in the cream. Though, if we want to get technical about it, Kourtney Kardashian is the real winner. Kim stole the dress from her maternity wear wardrobe!
