We're not surprised that both Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Hudson chose this Donna Karan frock.
The hip-hugging style is perfect for both of these curvy beauties and the simple style keeps the focus squarely on their figures. Unfortunately, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete actress grabbed it out of the closet on the exact same night, forcing us to decide who wore it slightly better than the other.

There's something slightly shinier about JHud's version of the dress. We can't tell if this is the light of a different fabric, but it gives the look a tiny bit of a tacky feel. That said, we prefer those black, strappy sandals to Kim's nude pumps.
But this jersey midi is all about fit, and Kim's newly slimmed body is rocking in the tight style. So we have to give it to the new mom for stepping out in a daring post-baby look.
