They made a real family outing out of the routine appointment - a great way to fit some stress-free bonding time together during a hectic schedule! Kim Kardashian's Slim Figure On Full Display During Doctor's Visit

Kim showed off a lighter look when she took her daughter out in California. Nearly 4 months after giving birth, Kim showed off her weight loss progress and her toned-down new fashion sense!

Her ankle length cream-colored jeans really showed off her toned legs and slim hips. Kim's baby pink lightweight cashmere sweater loosely draped from her body, and even though it's not skin-tight, it shows off her curves in a flattering way.

She finished off her look with delicate beaded sandals that are just too cute!

Kim also had a ponytail elastic on her wrist, so she could easily pull up her flowing blond hair at any moment - such a casual real-mom style!

North West Going Out In Public

Even though Kim shared another picture of her daughter on Instagram on Oct. 4, she is still keeping her covered up by blankets when she is out in public. Kim has kept her daughter's car seats, strollers, and baby carriers covered up on every outing since she was born.

Since North is such a budding fashionista, even her covered-up blanket look has the potential to bring back a new Halloween trend - obviously the classic white sheet ghost look is always popular. (We kid, of course - but how awesome would that be?)
