Kim Kardashian is back on neutral ground, sartorially speaking. One day after going glam for boyfriend Kanye West's headline-making visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live, the 32-year-old reality star opted for a more casual, low-key look.

Stepping out in Beverly Hills on Thursday, Oct. 10, to take daughter North, 3 months, to the doctor, the fashion-loving first-time mom showed off her slim post-baby bod in pale, blush-colored skinny jeans and a matching, slightly blousy sweater. Her feet -- once perpetually squeezed into sky-high stilettos -- were clad in nude flat sandals.

The dressed-down look is in keeping with Kardashian's laid-back street style since giving birth to baby North in June. But there have been glimmers of her past, pre-pregnancy wardrobe in recent weeks -- first in Paris, where she rocked several revealing, form-fitting frocks, and then at Jimmy Kimmel's studios on Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Joining her rapper beau, 36, at the comedian's self-titled late-night show, the bottle-blonde bombshell flaunted her famous curves in a tight, navy-blue dress, which she paired with tan thigh-high boots and a navy coat. The spotlight, however, was on West.

'I'm a creative genius,' the hip hop star said during his appearance on JKL, which ended up being a 22-minute rant about life and fashion. 'There's no other way to word it. I know you're not supposed to say that about yourself, and I say things the wrong way a lot of times, but my intention is always positive. For me to say I wasn't a genius, I would be lying to you and myself.'
