Khloe, Kourtney & Kris Prepare For New Baby On 'KUWTK'
In the new clip, we see Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian get ready to welcome their niece into the world!
Khloe answers her phone to a frantic Kim, telling her, 'I have to deliver the baby right now.'
Later, we see Khloe and Kourtney just waiting at their apartment as there's not much else they can do. Of course, momager, Kris Jenner, is on her way to Kim's side.
The end of the dramatic clip shows the outside of the emergency room!

Will We See The Birth Of Baby North On 'KUWTK'?
Even though the clip reveals that Kim will go into labor, that doesn't mean the cameras will be rolling for that part, the way they were for Kourtney's deliveries of both Mason Dash and Penelope Scotland.
While Kris and E! executive producers are reportedly on board for the birth being aired, neither Kim or boyfriend Kanye West are.
'Of course, producers want Kim to do the same as Kourt. It would be a ratings dream and reality television gold,' a source told RadarOnline.com. 'But Kim is refusing it. She doesn't want her fans to see her in that situation... in the birthing suite. Kim is very serious about her pledge. She has said, multiple times, that the baby will not be part of the Kardashian reality-television empire. She knows it's a huge pay day, but Kanye is reluctant and has said no.'
