Kim Kardashian Leads the Pack of Instagram's Most

The stats are in for Instagram's most-liked photos of 2014 and the... err... 'winners' are more predictable than any Oscar race.

Topping the list is none other than Kim Kardashian, whose post from her wedding to Kanye West garnered a whopping 2.74 million likes to become not only the most-liked photo of 2014, but also of all-time. (Insert applause here.)

In the sun-drenched snapshot, North West's parents kiss in front of an enormous wall of white roses. The pic not only documented their ultra-luxurious nuptials, but also showcased Kim's stunning, body-conscious Givenchy dress.

Sliding into second place is occasional bad-boy Justin Bieber for a photo he posted on August 27 alongside on-again, off-again gal pal Selena Gomez that earned 1.9 million likes. Though there's no caption for the black-and-white image, the two young stars clearly look cozy with one another. Since Justin and Selena's relationship has been, at best, unpredictable over the last year, it's no surprise that fans flock to any pictures that provide clues as to their romantic status. Even though he hasn't posted any photos with her in a while, we think it's safe to say there are more Jelena pictures to come.

Pint-sized pop star Ariana Grande, 21, nabs third place for a pic with Miley Cyrus that she shared from the MTV Video Music Awards. In the image which earned 1.84 million likes, Ariana plants a friendly kiss on Miley's cheek. '#Myfriendsplace,' she wrote, referring to the organization which assists homeless youths and was highlighted during Miley's acceptance speech.

And this brings us to the most popular hashtag of 2014. (No, it wasn't #sorrynotsorry!) For the second year in a row, the top hashtag wasn't political or sassy or even clever. In fact, it was simple and sweet. Give up? It was #love. We have to admit, that makes us kind of happy.

It also makes us happy that it wasn't Kim's attempt to #breaktheinternet with a post of her greased-up bare booty that nabbed the most likes. Then again, that will probably only encourage her to try even harder next year.
