David Blaine Impales Himself for Kanye West, Bryan Cranston and More

How would Kanye West react to a bloodless impaling? Illusionist David Blaine answered that question last night with his new special, David Blaine: Real or Magic, in which he wowed celebrities with his tricks. One of the most memorable clips was a montage of the magician maiming his hand with an icepick for the likes of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul and the surprising pairing of Woody Harrelson and Kanye West. At the beginning of the clip, Blaine explains to the Smith family that his left hand is the one he uses 'to do everything.' He does his due diligence and explains that the icepick that inauspiciously has been sitting on a table long enough that no one would question whether said icepick (which again has just been lying there) was a fake. Smith attempts to stab his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, with it (jokingly) and then, Blaine proceeds to inject the pick into his hand.

As the clip switches from celeb to celeb, whose houses each seem to contain an innocent icepick ready for Blaine's brutality, West looks appalled and queasy, Cranston bites his nails, Paul convulses with sympathy pains. Blaine asks the Breaking Bad duo, 'See how it really looks like it goes through the hand?' To which Paul, freaks, 'Oh, God, no!' As it progresses, West lets his jaw drop long enough to look petrified as the illusionist flip-flops his hand with the pick sticking out of it. Smith and fam simply gasp at the trick - the rapper-turned-actor posits, 'I don't think we claps, because he might clap by accident' - and then Paul yowls and exclaims, 'Noo waaaay!' Woody Harrelson, who is revealed to be hanging out with West, commented, 'Man, I lost my erection entirely.'

The three-minute clip ends with each celebrity pulling the icepick from Blaine's hand. When it's done, West just stands there looking bemused as the magician brags about his inability to bleed. Then West just laughs.
