Talk about confrontation! When Rob decided to bail on Kim's wedding, he must have known it would have ripple effects. 'Kim says Rob owes her a major apology,' the source says. But after that initial 'I'm sorry,' Kim thinks her brother needs to do a complete overhaul on himself.

'Kim thinks Rob needs a major attitude adjustment and that his weight issue is not his only problem,' the source adds. 'She thinks he needs professional help to deal with his pent-up rage and buried emotions. Kim, along with the rest of the family, has been urging him to go to therapy for quite some time now and his answer is always the same - 'I don't believe in therapy.' I mean even if he loses the weight, he's still going to have the same issues.'

Rob is clearly going through an extremely tough time, but it seems like he's making things harder by alienating family members like Kim. She's not going to support him until he apologizes for causing a blow-up at her wedding.

But she may reach out to him - the newlywed is reportedly planning on confronting Rob if he continues to avoid her. 'This is not going to be a happy reunion,' a source told NaughtyButNiceRob.com, 'She has plenty to say to Rob but she wants to do it in person.'

Well, if and when this confrontation does happen, the first words out of Rob's mouth better be 'I'm sorry!'
