In the picture, the 33-year-old is signing a plate for a restaurant with her new name. 'We were in Prague and we signed plates for the restaurant,' Kardashian captioned the pic, 'This is the 1st time I signed West!! Xo.'
North West's mom appeared to have practiced the signature, as a napkin sits on the table with 'West' written on it.
