Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are not happy that their proposal video leaked online, and are suing the man they claim is responsible.

The couple, who recently got engaged at San Francisco's AT&T Park baseball stadium, are suing YouTube cofounder Chad Hurley for releasing the video on his new video-sharing site MixBit, reports. They accuse Hurley of sneaking into the venue without invitation and, after they let him stay on condition of signing a confidentiality agreement, violating that form with his upload.

'Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else,' said the couple in their suit, adding that the entrepreneur was gunning for a 'second act' after a few failed business attempts following his YouTube sale.

The couple included a photo of Hurley holding the agreement and are suing for unspecified damages. A major financial factor: the clip was intended to air on MC Cable Television, a division of Bunim/Murray and E!, the network that produces Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

After proposing to Kardashian on her 33 rd birthday, West admitted that he was uncharacteristically nervous about her response. 'I'm not arrogant about love and feelings at all. . . I knew I wanted her to be my girl for a long time,' he told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, On Air. He also disclosed that Kardashian will take his last name and that he hopes to enlist the organizers of Chanel's fashion shows to work on the ceremony.
