Kim and Kanye may be new parents, but that doesn't stop them enjoying a date night every now and then.

The star couple were spotted dining out at swanky restaurant Serafina in Philadelphia, on the trail of Kanye's delayed Yeezus tour.

Kim, 33, kept warm in a thick black fur coat, tight pencil skirt and her much-loved stiletto heels.

Kanye, 36, looked his typical dapper self in an almost-matching fur coat, gold chain and tasselled boots.

Ever the gentleman, Kanye kept an eye on Kim as the pair navigated their way down the street.

The couple, who are proud parents to five-month-old girl North West, were dining out without their daughter.

It's not known if Kim and Kanye were accompanied by their daughter on the trip, or if they left in the care of family back home in Los Angeles.

The pair's outing came just hours after Ellen DeGeneres announced that the rapper will be debuting his latest music video on her show next week - a coup for the American TV host.

The news should please fans of Yeezy who have been made to wait for his delayed tour after a truck carrying pieces of set for the performances was involved in a car accident, subsequently damaging pieces of the rapper's set.

Kim and Kanye were spotted travelling out of Los Angeles at the end of last week by private jet.

The millionaire-couple have also been seen surveying a surveying a huge undeveloped plot of land in Bel-Air that would make a perfect location for a custom-built home for them and their five-month-old daughter North.

The sprawling property spreads out over 30 acres at the top of a hill and overlooks homes nestled in a mountainous area.

They only just purchased an $11million Bel-Air mansion earlier this year, but perhaps it's just temporary until they can build their dream home.
