Kim Kardashian's got her curves back, and she's not afraid to show them.

The 33-year-old reality star was photographed on her way to a Beverly Hills medical facility on Wednesday and later out shopping with mom Kris Jenner.

Kardashian sported a skintight green pencil skirt, along with strappy sandals and a cropped grey shirt that exposed several inches of her newly toned midsection.

The newly engaged E! star has been out and about lately, both by herself and with her new family. Last week, photographers snapped Kardashian, husband-to-be Kanye West and their baby North West strolling through Santa Barbara, Calif.

The two are so enraptured by little 5-month-old Nori that they may start trying for another baby after their wedding, a source told Us Weekly.

West, 36, has always wanted 'a huge family,' the insider said, while Kardashian hopes for children who are 'close in age.'
