She's most definitely living the high life now.

Kim Kardashian spent a very productive weekend checking out land for a potential new palatial home, then pitching in with a family yard sale, before jetting off in a private plane.

While she's independently wealthy in her own right, her star and subsequent lifestyle has definitely been on the rise since she hooked up with rapper Kanye West.

They only just bought an $11 million mansion in Bel Air earlier this year in which to raise their newborn daughter, North, but it seems the family - who haven't yet moved into the home due to extensive renovations - is already on the move again.

The newly engaged couple were spotted on Saturday surveying a huge piece of undeveloped land in Los Angeles that would be perfect for creating their dream home from scratch.

The typically grandiose couple arrived in a Black Rolls Royce Ghost to the empty lot.

The massive property boasts over 30 acres at the top of a large hill, overlooking homes nestled in a mountainous area.

Kanye, 36, wore a pair of grey joggers emblazoned with the name of his latest album YEEZUS.

Stuffing his feet into his ever present Timberland boots the rapper sported a gold chain and a long sleeve shirt.

In keeping with her beau's casual mood, Kim followed suit with pedal pusher leggings and comfy black and white trainers.

Topping her getup was an oversize hoodie jumper as she wore her light tinted locks in flowing waves over her shoulders.

The 33-year-old seemed to be excited by the prospect of developing the land.

The new mother could be seen pointing out items of interest on the property, presumably dreaming up various luxurious landscape designs for the blank canvas.

Meanwhile, the $11 million mansion Kim and Kanye bought earlier this summer to start their family life with baby North together is still some way from completion.

Despite the arrival of their much-loved baby North 'Nori' West, the mansion is still in an advanced state of renovation and will take some months to finish.

So far the plans to renovate are - as you would expect - typically grandiose.

In fact, the luxurious home - which she bought in July for $10,750,000, according to Trulia - has been been gutted, as the couple seek to put their own stamp on it.

But the mansion is apparently still not big enough for the couple, as they appeared to shop for an even more impressive real estate buy on Saturday.

Just a day later, the new mom made her way to Van Nuys airport, where she took off in a private jet after pitching in with a family charity garage sale, which was naturally being filmed for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The reality star appeared to be wearing the same outfit from earlier in the day - dark blue pants, a green shirt, shredded green army style jacket and black boots.

Perhaps she should have considered changing her shoes for the flight as they caused her to take a tumble while sorting through old possessions at the sale.

Before getting on the plane, the 33-year-old paused to chat with the pilot, before safely making it up the steps of the aircraft in her heels.

The KUWTK clan sold their 'one of a kind items' with all the proceeds - which they said they would match - going to the Greater Los Angeles Fisher House Foundation and No Hungry Kid.

Kim's sisters Khloé and Kourtney also made an appearance at the event, along with their half-sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, mother Kris Jenner and step-father Bruce Jenner.

Kourtney's boyfriend, Scott Disick, also supported the family, making a grand entrance dressed as an old man just days after sadly losing his mother.

The yard sale was conveniently scheduled on the same day as the season finale of the family's hit TV show.

Khloé tweeted: 'Counting down the hours until the season finale of #KUWTK tonight!!!'

The 29-year-old followed up the tweet less than an hour later with: 'Ohh yeahh!!! RT if you [sic] as excited as I am for tonight's #KUWTK finale!!!'

Momager Kris was also active on twitter Sunday.

'So.... what did you think dollcakes?! Was tonight's #KUWTK finale everything you wanted and more?!' she shared.
