Kim Kardashian: Has She Had Plastic Surgery?

Twitter is buzzing with fans speculating that Kim Kardashian has not only gotten butt implants, but that she has had work done on her face. We spoke to top NYC doctors to reveal the truth!

Kim Kardashian does look different from her early red carpet days, but is it pure aging and having the money for a better stylist? Or is she turning to dermatologists and plastic surgeons to enhance her assets? We spoke to two doctors - see what they said below.

Kim Kardashian's Plastic Surgery? - Doctors Comment On Her Appearance

Dr. David Cangello, M.D., Director Of Plastic Surgery at JUVA Skin, Laser and Plastic Surgery Center and board certified plastic surgeon who has not treated Kim tells us EXCLUSIVELY:

'She may have had some fillers to her cheek bone areas, and her lips do look plumper and slightly more everted. These effects are usually achieved by adding filler material to the lips. Common fillers for the lips are Restylane and Juvederm. They last around 6 months. The same fillers can be used in the cheek bone areas, but there are other commonly used fillers for this area as well such as Radiesse, and a newly FDA approved filler Voluma that I commonly inject. We were the first office to have access to this filler in NY. It lasts up to 2 years! Cost for it is around $1,200. Whereas Restylane and Juvederm are around $900 per syringe.'

'Kim may be using the new filler Voluma. It's the first filler for the mid-face area to fill in the cheeks. It lasts about 2 years, longer than any other filler. It gives lift in the cheeks for volume like Kim has. As people age, their cheeks collapse and they loose volume. The injection is done on the bone but the patient feels very little pain. It only takes about 15 minutes.

Stars are probably lining up before the Oscars for this! There are really no side effects and actually, it's very rare but there is a correctable called Vitrase that erases or dissolves the Voluma. But I've never used it because people always love the results!'

Kim's Butt Implants

Dr. David Cangello tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY:

'There are two ways to increase the size and projection of the buttocks. One is by placing silicone implants, the other is by transferring fat harvested from one part of the body, and injected into another (in this case buttocks). The latter of these 2 is known as the 'Brazilian Butt Lift.' While there is no way to know for sure if Kim has had either of these procedures, it does appear in the picture with her bathing suit that her buttocks are plumper and have a rounder look with more projection. So it is possible she has had augmentation.

Most plastic surgeons who perform gluteal (butt) augmentation typically use fat transfer as implants can potentially have more serious complications associated with their use.

Costs vary based on surgeon and geographic location, but in NYC where prices tend to be higher, a Brazilian Butt Lift can run in the range of $10,000.'

Neither doctor has treated Kim Kardashian.
