She's often wearing skintight outfits and showing off her ample assets.

But Kim Kardashian was angelic in an elegant white ensemble as she stepped into the New York City cold on Saturday with fiance Kanye West for lunch.

The 33-year-old reality star wore a turtleneck sweater dress in ivory and bundled up in a camel-coloured coat.

Her 36-year-old beau opted for darker colours, and kept warm in a long, olive-coloured animal skin coat.

The hip hop star paired his jacket with a black Aran sweater, leather trousers and brown suede shoes.

Both Kim and Kanye were spotted in the same outfits separately earlier in the day.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians starlet even shared a snap on Instagram of her getting her hair and makeup done.

The mother of one was so proud of her glam squad that she gave a shout out to them.

She captioned the image: 'OG NYC glam crew!💄@makeupbymario @michaelsilvahair'.

Not long after their lunch, the brunette beauty was spotted looking at children's clothes at Trico Field.

The couple has a busy night ahead of them as Kanye is set to perform in nearby Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The normally low key Kim took to Twitter earlier this week over false claims that her pert posterior is the result of 'butt implant injections'.

'I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections,' North West's mother seethed. 'Get a life! Using pics of me 15lbs skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now!'

'I still have weight to lose. Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight(especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes!'

She added: 'Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you. I'm not perfect but I will never conform to your skinny standards sorry! Not me.'

While she did not call out the tabs specifically, she seemed to be referring to OK! Magazine and other titles, which have recently reported that Kim's biggest asset is the result of 'injections'.

To end her rant, she cautioned the mags, 'BTW I've lost a lot so far & I'm proud of that! Don't give young girls a complex!'
