Kanye West has everything he's ever dreamed of - a successful career, a gorgeous, loving wife, and best of all, a beautiful baby girl! His only regret is that his beloved late mother never got to meet her grandbaby, North West.

We all know how muchloves the women in his life, and that all started with his dearly departed mother, Donda West, who died in 2007 at 58 due to surgery complications. Kanye wishes more than anything that his mom could have met the new little lady in his life - his precious 8-month-old daughter, North West.

'There's been some ups and downs. I made some mistakes and I've made some accomplishments. There's only one thing I regret,' he confessed to the crowd. 'There's only one thing I wish I could change out of everything that's ever happened.'

'I wish that my mother could've met my daughter,' he said.

Kanye, you're breaking our hearts! It is so, so sad that Donda never got to meet North because we know how much she would have loved her granddaughter. At least Kanye has some wonderful memories of his mother to share with Nori once she gets a little older.

Kim Kardashian unveiled the adorable first pic of Kanye and North together during her Jan. 17 appearance on Ellen. The pic shows baby North (not lacking any dribble) draped over Kanye's shoulders as the father-daughter duo poses for the camera. Nori's gaze at the camera lens is adorable and hilarious, but what's even cuter is Kanye's face - widely smiling and clearly so full of joy.

'He is honestly the most amazing dad,' Kim told Ellen DeGeneres while showing off the ridiculously cute picture. 'He loves her so much. He just left to go out of town so I send him a picture and video everyday ... He really is a hands-on dad.'
