Kim Kardashian, 33, is sick and tired of all the media reports claiming that she's enhanced her famous derriere, and she fought back in a surprising new Twitter rant on Feb. 19. 'Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you,' Kim writes in the empowering tweet about her post-baby body.

Poor Kim! Ever since she got pregnant with baby North West, the rumor mill has been working overtime about her physical transformation. It's only gotten worse in the months following North's birth, and it seems these new butt implant accusations were the last straw for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. She tweets:

Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight(especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes! Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you. I'm not perfect but I will never conform to your skinny standards sorry! Not me. And BTW I've lost a lot so far & I'm proud of that! Don't give young girls a complex!

Kim Kardashian Butt Implants? - Has She Injected Fat Into Her Bottom?

Kim has gone to great lengths to prove to the world that she does not have butt implants, even getting X-rays to support her case. But now speculations have risen that she's had an augmentation surgery to make her butt bigger.

'Kim hasn't had implants. She's had the fat from her tummy and thighs taken out by lipo, then injected into her bottom,' a source tells Closer magazine.

Friends say that the new mom has always been obsessed with her backside, and hint that the allegations could be true. 'She's always been obsessed with her bottom, and friends think she had a top-up treatment on it since giving birth,' the source tells the mag.
