Kanye West is off the hook.
The 'Bound 2' rapper won't face criminal prosecution for allegedly punching an 18-year-old male who hurled the N-world at Kim Kardashian in Beverly Hills two weeks ago, a Los Angeles District Attorney spokesman said Friday.

'No significant injuries were documented' after the alleged Jan. 13 attack inside a chiropractor's office, and the unidentified teen stopped cooperating with law enforcement after brokering a civil settlement with West, a DA declination worksheet obtained by the Daily News said.
'Victim's attorney has indicated a civil compromise has been reached, and although a police report was filed, Victim no longer desires criminal prosecution,' the worksheet stated. 'Further inquiry by this office resulted in the victim, through his attorney, declining to speak with a member of the District Attorney's Office.'
The teen 'initiated' the cash settlement discussions shortly after the altercation, a source previously told The News.
He ultimately agreed to a $250,000 payday, TMZ.com reported.

'F--k you, b--ch. Just trying to help. Shut up n----r lover, stupid slut,' the teen allegedly shouted at Kardashian as they coincidentally entered the office building at the same time and Kardashian scolded him for foul language directed at some nearby paparazzi, a different source told The News.
The teen also threatened physical harm and followed Kardashian as she tried to walk away and meet West elsewhere in the building, the source claimed.

'He threatened to hit her. He said, 'I bet I could beat you,'' the source said, referring to the teen.
'She's tiny, and if someone is following you screaming, 'Slut! N---er lover! C--t,' you don't know if you're dealing with an insane person who will go postal and hurt you,' the source said. 'She was so upset, she was crying.'
West raced to his fiancée's side after speaking with Kardashian by cell phone, the source said.
According to TMZ, West went ballistic and punched the teen multiple times.
'Accounts vary as to the number of times' West allegedly landed blows, the DA worksheet said.
